If you would like to listen to internet radio in Front Row you can use a little trick.
For people who would like to listen to internet radio in Front Row follow these few steps:

• Create a playlist in iTunes called “Internet Radio”
• Drag and Drop your favourite radio stations from iTunes-Radio to the new playlist “Internet Radio”
• Now start Front Row, go to Music, select the playlist “Internet Radio” and enjoy”

An advantage of this gimmick is, you’re not addicted from the iTunes radio stations. You can put all radio stations in this playlist which Quicktime can play.
